Pradnya brings over 13 years of expertise in food safety, microbiology, and quality assurance to SafeTech Food Solutions. She has successfully led audits, FSMS implementation, and QA programs across seafood, frozen, and RTE products.
As a Certified FSSC22000 Lead Auditor, PCQI, and Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, she has reduced product recalls, built QA teams, and managed global certifications (BRCGS, USFDA, FSSAI, HALAL, KOSHER, MSC CoC, FSMA-USA).

Mandar is an R&D and Product Development specialist with 14 years’ experience in frozen, ready-to-eat, ready-to-cook, breaded, marinated, and freeze-dried food categories.
He has led cross-functional teams, launched products in USA, Japan, China, India, and specialized in surimi innovations (Chikuwa, Super Snow Crab, Tempura, Seafood Samosa, Crab Balls).
